The following information details the licensing arrangement we will have with you upon your purchase of music produced by PedM.net:

The payment is 42 euros for each music. Make you order here. You do not need to pay for this license in case you use it for educational or home productions, but you will have to add the Copyright Message.

In return for your payment for each music in the PedM.net Music on-line library, we will grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-site lifetime license to use the music in synchronization within any of your own audio or video productions and to market and distribute those productions worldwide, on a website, broadcast, multimedia presentations, DVDs and other kind of commercial productions.

It is not permitted to use the music to violate the PedM.net name or image.

Use in major theatrical releases or in mass-market retail distribution (5000+ units) is licensed separately by contacting Pedro Martins at support@pedm.net

You are NOT permitted to share, re-sell, reproduce, or otherwise transfer the music itself to any other individual or production company. Any attempt to reproduce, share or re-sell the music itself will subject you to criminal prosecution.

This music is protected by the copyright laws of Portugal and other countries who provide for severe criminal penalties including fines, imprisonment and injunctive relief.

To prevent unauthorized re-use of the music and to protect yourself from liability, it is strongly recommended that the following Copyright Message be included in each of your productions, including home and educational:
