Troubleshooting: In case you are using tow or more CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or other, press the button [Eject] to see witch one opens (it was configured for Drive "D:\>"), and verify if the audio cable of that CD/DVD-Rom is connected to the audio card (sometimes in the main board), doing this the audio plays directly to the audio card without disturbing the CPU (processor). If the cable is not connected the music won't play.
